To the Citizens of the Empire,

Many have long asked me of the Dragon... our Emperor. Who is he? What are his values, his goals? I have been privileged that in my extended lifetime, I have known not one but two Dragon Emperors. And the first, I need not elaborate upon. From his own personal Consort, to his own people and then to his enemies, we all know his name: Xian` Li Loong.

He was a man born of human womb but destined for greatness, even as a mortal. He was an Emperor to China and upon his immortalisation, reached new heights of awareness that took him to America and then to Europe.

He has accomplished so much that to go into detail would require yet another of my lifetime. So we shall look to the symbol of his success.... The Shadow Empire. I ask you my fellow Citizens, to dwell peacefully and harmoniously amongst each other. There is greatness in all of us and only by working with each other, breed, origins and history put aside, can we achieve our own grace beside our late Emperor.

Recall that he has left us the Emperor Micah, his own flesh and childhood to remain with us as our tie to him. And in Micah, we shall find his Majesty's wisdom and love for our dearest Empire. The Loong Family shall stand as it always has behind its leader and support him in all that he decides. As loyal Citizens of the Shadow Empire, we offer our house to you should you choose to do the same.

I vow to fulfill my duty to my Emperor, my Empire and my Family.
